Finovate’s regularly scheduled fall conference — FinovateFall — has gone completely virtual in 2020. Recast as FinovateFall Digital, the event may have changed format but its informative, engaging agenda, eagerly awaited every year by investors and entrepreneurs alike, has not. For over two decades, Finovate conferences have facilitated the flow of capital to exciting new areas of development in financial technology, bringing together providers of capital and the executives of companies building disruptive financial technologies.
The five-day event is expected to attract over 1,600 top-level attendees from the global fintech universe, including executives of startups, venture capitalists, partners of private equity funds, and senior representatives of established tech companies, financial services and banking institutions, as well as industry analysts, financial journalists and regulators. More than 120 expert speakers are scheduled to bring participants up-to-date with the latest fintech developments and trends in a series of addresses to be punctuated at intervals by more than 30 demos of cutting-edge technologies, all delivered digitally.
The roster of speakers includes Anil Agrawal, SVP of Digital Platforms and Transformation at U.S. Bank; Ian Benton, senior analyst, Digital Banking & Payments at Javelin Strategy & Research; Jeremy Berger, COO and co-founder of Arival Bank; and Doug Besso, chief technology officer at High Tower Advisors. The opening-day keynote address by Scott Gnau, vice president at Data Platforms at InterSystems is titled “Digital Transformation’s Journey Towards Automation and Analytics.”
Participants will have the opportunity to join sponsors at their virtual booths for live chat and one-on-one meetings. They will also be able to engage with representatives of presenting companies in Q&A sessions.
